Study on Forestry Supporting Poverty and Development in Ningde City

本文着眼于林业与扶贫的内在关系研究,通过分析宁德市实施林业扶贫发展的可行性、当前林业扶贫存在的主要问题:投资力度较弱、产业链延伸不足、扶贫任务繁重、人才缺乏等,并在此基础上提出了多元化投资、立体化产业、全方位森林管护、多层次队伍支撑、系统性林业改革等对策建议。

The paper aims at the study on intrinsic relations between supporting forestry and,By feasibility analysis on the implementation of forestry supporting poverty development,some main problems of forestry supporting poverty in Ningde were concluded,such as weaker on investment dynamics,insufficient extension of industrial chain,onerous supporting poverty task,lack of talents,etc,According these facts,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as diversified investment,stereoscopic industry,omnidirectional forest administration and protection,multi-level team support,systemic forestry reform and so on.
