摘要 综述了邻氨基苯甲酸合成酶(anthranilate synthase,AS)的相关代谢途径,ASα和β亚基的特性,AS基因的调控机理以及AS在提高植物营养品质等方面的相关研究进展,并对AS的研究前景进行了展望。 This review focuses on the anthranilate synthase (AS)-associated pathway, the properties of AS a and β subunits, the regulatory mechanism of gene expression and the application of AS in improving plant nutritional quality. And the future emphasis on plant AS research is proposed.
