浅谈蔬菜质量安全存在的问题及对策

蔬菜是人们最基本的生活消费品之一,蔬菜作为人们日常生活中不可缺少的食品,人们对蔬菜的质量安全、品质要求也越来越高,尤其近几年我国蔬菜产业蓬勃发展,随之而来的是蔬菜农药残留过高、蔬菜食用中毒等质量安全问题。如何大力提高蔬菜的质量安全水平,保障人们的"菜篮子"绿色、安全、健康成为亟需解决的问题。文章概述了蔬菜质量安全存在的问题、对策和建议。

Vegetable is one of the most basic consumer goods, as indispensable food of daily life, people has more and more higher requirements to the safety and quality of vegetables, especially the vigorous development of vegetable indus- try in China in recent years, followed by high pesticide residues on vegetables and safety problems such as food poisoning. How to improve the quality and safety of vegetables, safeguard the ＂vegetable basket＂ green, healthy, safety and become a urgent need to solve the problem. This article briefly discussed vegetables quality and safety problems and countermea- sures and suggestions.
