以水稻穴直播机为对象,通过产品使用与用户沟通,发现产品存在的问题,一是穴播机播种部质量过大,与机头配合度不足,操作不灵敏;二是高速作业时,种子播后的成穴性不稳定。通过技术改进,在机具质量、挂接配置、仿行浮箱、播种型孔数等方面做了设计改进,提高了整机作业性能和种植质量。
