循证护理对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗病人生活质量及并发症的影响

Influence of evidence-based nursing on quality of life and complications of chemotherapy patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer

[目的]分析循证护理对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗病人生活质量及并发症的影响。[方法]按数字表法将收治的Ⅲb-Ⅳ期NSCLC化疗病人72例随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组病人在化疗的过程中按常规方法进行护理,观察组病人则按循证护理的方法进行护理。观察两组病人护理前后的生活活动能力及生活质量评分,比较两种护理方法下的并发症发生率差异。[结果]护理干预后,两组病人的生活活动能力及生活质量评分均上升,观察组的评分分别为94.81分±2.64分、96.59分±2.09分,均高于对照组(82.73分±3.11分、81.42分±2.22分),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为11.11%,低于对照组(30.55%),两组间差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]循证护理措施应用于晚期NSCLC化疗病人,可有效提高病人的生活活动能力及生活质量,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective：To analyze the influence of evidence- based nursing on quality of life and complications chemotherapy patients with NSCLC. Methods： A total of 72 chemotherapy patients with NSCLC in stage of Ⅲb- treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digit table method,36 cases in each. The patients in control group were given the common nursing in the course chemotherapy,while the patients in observation group were given the evidence - based nursing. Then the scores of activity ability and quality of life of patients were observed in two groups before and after the nursing, and then to compare the difference in the incidence of complications between the two nursing methods. Results：After the nursing intervention,The scores of activity ability and quality of life of patients in two groups were all in- creased,the scores in observation group were respectively 94.81±2.64 and 96.59±2.09 ,which were both higher than those in control group （82.73±3.11 and 81.42±2.22） （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in observation group was 11.11% ,which was lower than that in control group （30.55%）,the difference was sta- tistically significant between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application of evidence- based nursing for chemotherapy patients with advanced NSCLC could effectively improve the patients＇activity ability and quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
