摘要
传送机构是自动化喷码机的重要组成部分,其性能对喷码机的功能有着重要的影响。本文利用PRO/E软件对传送机构的支撑部分、动力部分、传送及其预紧装置、喷码延时功能、物料压紧装置进行设计,并计算了喷码机的喷码能力。结果表明,喷码质量稳定,喷码效率明显提高。
The delivery mechanism is an important part of automatic code printing machine, its performance has important influence to the function of machine. The delivery mechanism, including the supporting, power, transmission and its pre - tightening device, delay function and material compaction device, is designed by using the software PROE. The printing ability is calculated, The results show that the quality of code printing is stable and the printing efficiency increases obviously.
