摘要
介绍了基于组态技术的焦化厂输料装置的监控系统,阐述了该监控系统的硬件系统的组成和软件系统的设计。该监控系统的功能包括配方的选择及配料的称量;输料装置的控制方式分自动控制和手动控制;对输料装置中各个设备的运行状态进行监控;对输料装置启动显示预告信号;并利用组态技术对装置在工作过程中出现的故障问题进行监控、记录、报警等。
The paper introduces a monitoring system of cokery delivery installation based on configuration technology, and expounds the hardware set and software design of the monitoring system. The function of monitoring system consists of prescriplion selection and material weighing.
