摘要
目的:建立同时测定关黄柏中多组分化学成分含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈—水(1‰乙酸,2mmol醋酸铵)为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为280nm,柱温25℃,流速1ml/min。结果:黄柏碱、药根碱、巴马汀和小檗碱分别在18.75-130.00,5.00-100.00,20.00-200.00,0.09-1.80μg/ml峰面积和质量浓度线性关系良好(r≥0.999 0),平均加样回收率分别为99.3%,97.4%,104.7%,98.7%,RSD分别为1.0%,0.6%,1.2%,1.4%。结论:含量测定方法简便、稳定、重复性好,为关黄柏药材质量控制和评价提供了可靠的方法。
Objective : Establishing the method of simultaneous determining the content of multi - component of Phellodendron. Method : Using diamonsil C18 chromatographic column. Resuh: Getting nice linear relation between the peak area and quality concentration( r≥ 0. 9990) ; sample recovery more than 99.3% ; RSD =0.6% - 1.2%. ? Conclusion: We get a simple, steady and repreatable method, and provide a reliable method to controland evaluate the quality of Phellodendron amurense rupr.
