摘要
主要研究了用于生产预制U型渠道的自密实活性粉末混凝土(RPC),设计目标为C50F300,试验结果表明:混凝土的28d抗压强度为53.6 MPa,抗冻性为325次快速冻融循环试验得到的混凝土配合比满足设计指标,可用于预制U型渠道的生产。另外,采用自密实RPC生产工艺时,可减少生产投入,减少噪声污染,改善工作环境,具有良好的环保效应。
This paper mainly studies the self-compacting RPC used in producing U channel, the concrete grade of which is C50F300. The results indicates that the 28 d compressive strength of that is 53.6 MPa. The mix proportion obtained from 325 times fast freezing-thawing test meets design requirement, so it can be used in producing U channel. And production process of the self-compacting RPC has characteristics of low cost, low noise, good working environment and good environmental protection effect.
