The Study of Xenograft Animal Models of Human Glioma:the Past,Present and Future

摘要 长达百年的肿瘤动物模型研究历史告之人们,研究肿瘤难,研究肿瘤动物模型也难,或者说更难。难就难在如何贴近临床,如何挖掘连临床上也无法观察到的肿瘤发生发展的潜在过程和机制,当然还有对抗策略。本文从温故知新,抛砖引玉理念出发,对上述的难处进行部分叙述,那怕仅仅是皮毛也希望能共享。 More than one hundred years have passed since animal models of human tumors began to be studied.The long history has told us the research of tumor is diffcult.However,it is even more difficult to study an animal model of human tumors because it is a challenge to retain the human biological properties of the tumor when using an animal model;moreover,it is almost impossible to elucidate the potential mechanisms of tumor genesis and developwent clinically,not to mention in xenograft animal models.Here we described the difficulties mentioned above,and in doing so,we hope to contribute to the development of tumor research,no matterhow small.
