研制了实验室检测转基因烟草TMV-CP品系定性标准样品,并获得了国家标准样品证书.研制内容包括标准样品的制备、最小取样量、均匀性和稳定性评价.首次采用G-S指数法评价定性标准样品的均匀性及最小取样量,比传统方法使定性标准样品的均匀性评价更具科学性,可靠性.

This project developed GM Tobacco TMV-CP qualitative reference materials with certificates for laboratory tests.Research content includes the preparation of reference materials,the decision of minimum sampling volume,uniformity and stability evaluation.First adopted the G-S index method to evaluate the uniformity and minimum sampling volume.The method is more scientific and reliable as compared to the traditional methods.
