摘要
结合可靠性理论与BIM技术,分析建筑风环境的随机特征,导出流体介质随机控制方程,采用小参数方法建立随机有限元模型。考虑风环境的随机性,分析超越概率风环境评价指标,提出建筑园区可视化BIM建模步骤。在此基础上,提出风环境舒适可靠度的概念,导出舒适可靠度计算公式。依据BIM模型与建筑规范标准,建立建筑风环境BIM模拟与可靠性评价方法。研究结果表明:该方法对建筑风环境随机影响分析更加符合工程实际,对建筑风环境评价与设计具有应用价值。
Based on the reliability theory and building information modeling(BIM) technology, the random characteristics of wind environment were analyzed, the fluid stochastic control equations was derived and stochastic finite element model was obtained with small parameter method. Considering the randomness of wind environment, the probability of wind environment assessment index and the construction zone visualization BIM modeling step were proposed. Based on the research, concept of environmental comfort and reliability was created, and the comfortable reliability calculation formulas were derived. According to BIM models and building code standards, the BIM building wind environment simulation and reliability evaluation method were established. The results show that this method is more effective in analyzing the complex random effect of wind environment around building and has more value for evaluation and design of wind environment around building.
