摘要
人工林木材的大量利用缓解了木材供需矛盾,对一些材质较差的人工林木材的改性成为迫切需要解决的重点课题。采用低分子量的酚醛树脂对人工林木材进行浸渍改性,可以使人工林木材的各项物理力学性能得到不同程度的改善,该技术可大大拓宽许多人工速生林木材的应用范围,实现其高附加值利用,是一种非常有前景的木材改性技术。概述了人工林木材浸渍改性的机理,酚醛树脂性能、浸渍工艺和木材材性对浸渍的影响,并提出了存在的问题和今后研究的趋势,为人工林木材浸渍改性的进一步研究提供参考。
The extensive use of plantation wood was eased the contradiction between supply and demand of wood.The modification of some plantation wood with poor quality has become the key issues urgently to be solved.Using low molecular weight phenol-formaldehyde resin for plantation wood impregnation modification can improve the physical mechanical properties of plantation wood at varying degrees.This technique is a very promising wood modification technology,which can greatly broaden the scope of application and realize its high added value utilization.The impregnation modification mechanism and influence the properties of phenolic resin,impregnation process and wood properties of impregnated are overviewed,and the existing problems and the future research trend are put forward.It can provide a reference for the further research of plantation wood impregnation.
