摘要
以板状SBA-15为载体,采用正己烷与硝酸银水溶液双溶剂法制备了银系抗菌剂Ag-SBA-15。以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)等手段表征了抗菌剂的结构。结果表明,载银材料Ag-SBA-15保持了板状SBA-15高度有序的二维六方短孔道结构,孔道方向垂直于该六方板面。抗菌剂的有效成分银成功负载到载体上,负载量较低时,银物种在载体中均匀分散,负载量达10.41%时,XRD检测到银晶相峰,TEM检测到银颗粒小团簇。牛津杯扩散法定性表明了抗菌剂的抗菌性,试管稀释法则表明板状SBA-15载体制得的载银抗菌剂最小抑菌浓度可达4μg/mL。
Using platelet SBA-15 as carriers,the Ag-loaded antibacterial agent Ag-SBA-15 was prepared by a double solvent technique,in which n-hexane and an AgNO3 aqueous solution were used.The characteristics of the structure and morphology of samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that Ag-SBA-15 with platelet morphologies and two-dimensional hexagonal short channels was synthesized,the orientation of the channel is perpendicular to the hexagonal board surface.Low loading amount made Ag nanoparticles uniformly disperse in the porous support SBA-15.As the loading amount increased as high as 10.41wt%,Ag crystal phase was observed in XRD patterns of the Ag-SBA-15 samples,and small Ag clusters was observed in TEM photographs.The antibacterial effect of the materials was showed qualitatively by the Oxford cup diffusion method.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)for platelet Ag-SBA-15 is 4μg/mL by the tube dilution method.
