摘要
以引种邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii)为材料,测定自然降温过程中叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量的动态变化,探讨邓恩桉渗透调节物质与抗寒性关系。结果表明:自然降温过程中,渗透调节物质含量随着温度的下降而升高,其中可溶性糖含量与脯氨酸含量变化明显,与对照相比,分别增加了75.27%和86.26%,而可溶性蛋白含量变化不明显,与对照相比,只增加了4.42%。渗透调节物质的增加是邓恩桉应对低温胁迫的响应。
Using Eucalyptus dunnii as experimental materials to measure contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline during natural cooling, relationship between osmotic adjustment substance and cold resistance was investigated. The results indicated that in natural cooling, the contents of osmotic adjustment substance increased as temperature decreased. Compared with control, contents of soluble sugar and proline increased 75.27% and 86.26%, with obvious change, while content of soluble protein increased 4.42%. The increase of osmotic adjustment substance was the responses to low temperature stress.
