后天致残人士成功转岗问题研究

由于我国工伤风险的增加、灾害发生范围的扩大,后天致残的人数持续上升。对后天致残的残疾人来说,再就业不仅能够帮助他们恢复自信,也是促使他们重新回归社会的一个重要途径。正确的心理疏导和转岗技能培训是他们成功转岗的两大前提;家庭的支持、政府的保障以及社会力量的积极参与在此过程中起到重要作用。为促进更多的后天致残人士成功转岗,家庭发挥其功能以帮助他们致残后完成心态调整并掌握专业技能。政府要确保他们享受康复、护理、职业培训、无障碍环境等方面的福利,并不断提高服务水平来满足他们的转岗需要;加快发展后天致残人士再就业的促进政策,创造更多与个人职业背景和工作能力相匹配的就业岗位。全社会特别是用人单位应当尊重残疾人的潜能,营造有利于残疾人转岗再就业的适宜氛围。

Due to the increase of work injury risk and range widening of the disasters,the number of the acquired disabled persons in China continued to rise.Not only re-employment can help acquired disabled persons to recover confidence,but also it is the important way of improving them to return to society.Through the case analysis it could be found that the correct psychological counseling and job transfer training are two major premise of the job-transfer success;it were support from Family and friends and the government's and non-government sectors that has played an important role in their transferring process.In order to promote the acquired disabled persons job-transfer more successfully,the family should help them to complete learning skills and mentality adjustment.The government should provide them the welfare including rehabilitation,nursing,vocational training,obstacle-free environment,and constantly improve the service to meet their needs;and speed up the development of promoting policies on acquired disabled persons' reemployment so as to create more jobs that match with personal professional background and work ability. The society especially the employing units shall respect the potential of acquired disabled persons and create supportive atmosphere for their job-transfer.
