摘要
采用田间试验和化验分析等方法,研究了不同形态氮、不同氮水平下,茎瘤芥各器官产量和硝酸盐含量的变化特征。研究结果表明,瘤茎产量与施氮量呈极显著二次回归关系,瘤茎硝酸盐含量与施氮量呈极显著正相关。酰胺态氮能显著提高产量,硝态氮极显著提高硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量,有机态氮则极显著降低硝酸盐含量。综合考虑产量和品质,纯氮用量应为233kg/hm2,尿素施用应低于纯氮207kg/hm2,有机肥高于900kg/hm2,即应限制硝态氮的使用,控制速效氮用量,增施有机肥,才能达到既丰产,又安全的目的。
Using field experiment and chemical analysis,the yield and nitrate content of various organ in tumorous stem mustard under different forms of nitrogen and different nitrogen levels were studied. The results showed that there was a significant quadratic regression relationship between yield and nitrogen rate of the tumorous stem mustard,and limit production in nitrogen level is 233 kg/hm2,nitrate content was very significant correlated with the nitrogen rate. Amide-N could increase yield,nitrate-N could increased nitrate and nitrite content significantly,and organic-N could decrease nitrate content significantly. It will attain high yield and make security in the production of tumorous stem mustard by restricted use of nitrate-N,controlled use of available-N and added organic manure.
