摘要
针对传统角度误差检测设备构成复杂、使用繁琐、环境要求严苛的问题,设计了一种利用自准直经纬仪快速测量转台转角误差的检测系统。首先研究了三维空间反射模型并详细推导了模型的准确表达式;然后基于此给出了在特定条件下工程近似结果;最后结合实验完成了对检测系统的不确定度评定。扩展不确定度为8.9″,此结果验证了检测系统的有效性。
Since the conventional angle-error detection device is complex, hard-using and inadaptable, a detection system for the angle errors of turntable is designed by using the autocollimation theodolite. Firstly, the three-dimensional reflection model is studied, and the exact ex- pression of the model is derived in detail. Then, based on this, a similar formula is given under certain conditions of engineering. Finally, the evaluation of uncertainty is given through the experiment. The expanded uncertainty is 8.9" which verifies the effectiveness of the detection system.
