The Ancestor of Chinese Tea Culture——Shann'xi Tea Culture

采用文史结合、分析归纳的研究方法,对陕西在茶文化中的地位展开探讨。认为陕西在茶文化发展的每个历史节点都创造了辉煌的业绩:茶祖神农氏在陕西开创了5000年"茗饮之风";陕西出产了中华第一贡茶、出现了最早的园栽茶、形成了最早的吃茶习俗;陕西把"茗饮之事"推广至大江南北,形成了举国饮茶之风;陕西创制了中华第一茯茶、创制了无与伦比的绝代茶具。陕西茶文化是中华茶文化的源头,它的发展史基本代表了中国茶文化的发展史。

This theory,which combined literature and history,analysis and cosolidation,discussed the position of 'Shann'xi' in tea culture.Shann'xi was considered to create outstanding achievement in the development of tea culture in each history period:The God of Tea 'Shen Nongshi' created a tradition which was 'drinking tea 'for 5000 years in Shann'xi;there produced the first royal tea and appeared the earliest 'Tea Garden'(grow tea in the filed) . Thus the earliest custom 'eating tea'formed in Shann'xi. After that,'drinking tea' spread all over the country and people developed a habit which was 'drinking tea' every day. Besides,Shann'xi also created the first 'Fu Tea' and the excellent 'Tea Set'. So,Shann'xi Tea Culture is the source of Chinese Tea Culture. Its development represents the history of Chinese Tea Culture.
