摘要
The new generation of migrant workers are the main urban construction team in China＇s economic development, they play an indispensable role.？However, the social integration of this group has been hampered by many factors. Views of this paper is that social support and psychological capital enhancement have a significant impact on the new generation of migrant workers integrated into the city. Finally, propose strategies to facilitate this group more easily integrate into city life.
