基于直觉模糊集的指挥控制群决策方法

Command and Control Group Decision-Making Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set

针对指挥控制群决策过程中存在的不确定性,采用一种基于直觉模糊集的方法,解决指挥控制群体决策中的方案优选问题.首先,根据具体的使命任务,由决策专家给出决策方案的属性权重和评估值;计算各决策专家给出的属性权重与聚合后的属性权重之间的差异值,基于差异值选择合适的决策专家并确定其权重;然后修正各属性的综合权重,并对决策方案进行综合排序;最后,通过数值示例检验了所提出方法的有效性和合理性.

Aims at the uncertainty of the Command and Control Group Decision-Making, the paper explores the method based on intuitionistic fuzzy set to solve the optimizing scheme in the Command and Control Group Decision-Making. Firstly, according to the specific mission task, the decision expert gives the attributive weight and the value decision- making scheme. Secondly, calculate the difference between the weight of the attributes and the weight of the attributes given by decision experts, then choose the appropriate decision experts based on the difference values and determine their weights. Thirdly, the comprehensive weight of each attribute is modified and the decision alternatives are sorted. At last, the validity and rationality of proposed method are tested by numerical examples.
