基于系统论的大学生思想政治教育实践研究

On Ideological and Political Education of College Students Based on System Theory

系统是指由部分构成整体的意思。系统论认为,整体性、关联性等是所有系统共同的基本特征。大学生思想政治教育工作作为一个系统,掌握其内部的整体性、关联性等特点,并按照特点找寻工作的一般规律,能够起到更好的教育效果。在分析了思想政治教育工作基本特征的基础上,结合山东农业大学实际,提出必须从整体出发,充分调动各个方面、各种要素积极性,打造以"协同育人、全员育人、平台育人、载体育人"为主要内容的思政育人模式,把各方面内容统一起来,形成完整的育人体系,切实提高大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。

System means parts comprising the whole. According to system theory,completeness and relevance are among the basic characteristics shared by all systems. As a system,ideological and political education of college students can be improved by attending to its basics characteristics and the common laws underlying this kind of education. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of ideological and political education of college students,and taking into consideration of the actuality of Shandong Agricultural University,we suggest the following measures： the enthusiasm of all the elements and parties should be spurred up from the completeness angle,the educational model of ＂Talents Cultivation with the Efforts of Collaboration,All Involvement,Platform,and Vehicle＂ should be set up,and the talent cultivation system of completeness should be established,all for the purpose of realizing the effectiveness and practicality of ideological and political education of college students.
