运用氢化物原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中砷的不确定度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的本文借助原子荧光法对砷测定结果的不确定度进行研究,并探讨影响不确定度的相关因素。方法选取光度计等仪器作为测定工具,并结合不确定度的相关理论,从溶液配制中所造成的不确定度、取样中所造成的不确定度、测量中所造成的不确定度以及标准曲线所造成的不确定度入手,依次对这些不确定度进行计算。结果溶液配制中所造成不确定度数值为0.008 33μg/L,取样中所造成不确定度数值为0.001 2μg/L,测量中所造成不确定度数值为0.003 78μg/L,而标准曲线所造成不确定度数值为0.066 6μg/L。结论标准曲线以及溶液配制是造成不确定度的关键因素,只要确保溶液配制以及工作曲线达到测定标准,可降低砷含量测定结果的不确定度。 Objective To study the uncertainty of arsenic determination by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Selected photometer such instruments as a measurement tool,and combined with the related theory of uncertainty,caused by the uncertainty from the solution preparation, sampling,caused by the uncertainty in measurement of the uncertainty and caused by the uncertainty of the standard curve,in order to calculated these uncertainty calculations. Results The uncertainty of solution preparation was 0.008 33μg/L,and the uncertainty of the sample was 0.001 2 μg/L. The uncertainty of the measurement was 0.003 78 μg/L,and the value of the standard curve was 0.066 6 μg/L. Conclusion The standard curve and solution preparation is the key factor to cause the uncertainty,as long as the solution preparation and working curve to meet the standard, can reduce the uncertainty of the results.
