髓内及髓外内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床及生物力学研究

Clinical and Biomechanical Study on Intramedullary and Extramedullary Fixation in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的研究髓内及髓外内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法对照研究三种手术方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。结果在术中出血量、伤口引流量、手术时间、术中、术后输血量、术后Harris评分时间方面a组优于b、c两组(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA-Ⅱ垂直和扭转盈利作用最优,DHS不适用股骨反转子间骨折。

Objective To study the intramedullary and extramedullary fixation of intertrochanteric fracture of the clinical effects of treatment. Methods To study the clinical effects of three surgical methods in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Results In the blood loss,wound drainage,operative time,intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion,timing of postoperative Harris score of group a were significantly better than group b,c two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PFNA- Ⅱ vertical and torsional effect are optimal profitability,and DHS does not apply to the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.
