摘要
目的探讨Meek微型皮片移植在治疗大面积深度烧伤的应用效果。方法选取18例大面积深度烧伤患者并分为两组,一组采用传统邮票植皮法,另一组采用Meek微型皮片植皮法,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组皮片成活率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);创面愈合时间Meek微型组优于传统邮票组(P<0.05)。结论 Meek微型皮片植皮技术节省皮源,能缩短创面愈合时间,具有优越性。
Objective Discussion on miniature Meek skin graft of application results in treating large area deep burn. Methods Selected 18 cases of large area deep burn patients were divided into two groups. One group using traditional stamp graft method,another group with Meek miniature skin graft method,compared two groups of treatment effect. Results Two skin graft survival rate considerably（P〉0.05）. Meek miniature wound healing time was significantly better than the traditional stamp group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Meek miniature leather skin graft technology saves source,can shorten healing time and with great superiority and clinical applications.
