常规心电图在原发性高血压左室肥厚早期患者诊断中的应用分析

Application of Routine Electrocardiogram in Diagnosis of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Patients With Essential Hypertension

目的探讨常规心电图对于原发性高血压左室肥厚早期患者的诊断价值。方法本文的研究对象选用我院心内科2010年2月~2013年11月120例原发性高血压左室肥厚早期患者。将此120例患者随机平均分为两组,即对照组与观察组。对照组首先选用超声心动图检查,观察组则选用常规心电图检查,随后所有患者均经进一步的检查确定诊断,进而比较两种检查方法对原发性高血压左室肥厚疾病的检出率、敏感性及特异性。结果观察组患者的检出率、敏感性低于对照组,但特异性高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论常规心电图具有操作简便、廉价的特点,而且对原发性高血压左室肥厚具有较高的特异性,因此可作为此类疾病的首选检查方法。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of routine electrocardiogram in patients with essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 120 patients with essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy in our hospital from February 2010 to November 2013 were selected. The 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group. In the control group,the observation group was treated with routine ECG,then all patients underwent further examination to confirm the diagnosis,and then the detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were compared. Results The detection rate and sensitivity of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,but the specificity was significantly higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion Conventional ECG has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,and has a high specificity for the left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension. Therefore,it can be used as the first choice for the disease.
