肺结核患者的心电图变化及临床分析

ECG Changes and Clinical Analysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Patients

目的探讨和分析临床肺结核患者的心电图变化。方法选取162例肺结核患者和110例健康体检者,均采用型号为FX-8222型六道自动分析心电图机采集所有人员安静状态下的心电图,对比心电图异常的发生率。结果肺结核患者心电图异常的发生率高于健康体检者(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者的心电图异常发生率较高,临床应该将心电图检查作为肺结核患者的常规检查,避免肺结核合并心脏损害的误诊和漏诊。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical tuberculosis patients of ECG changes. Methods 162 cases of tuberculosis patients and 110 healthy subjects,had adopted model FX-8222 type six automatic analysis of ECG electrocardiogram machine to collect all staff quiet state, compared to the incidence of ECG abnormalities. Results The incidence of tuberculosis patients of ECG abnormalities were significantly higher than healthy subjects（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tuberculosis patients have higher incidence of abnormal ECG. ECG should be as routine examination of tuberculosis patients in clinical to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and heart damage.
