急性脊柱创伤的临床诊断及切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗的效果评价

The Clinical Diagnosis of Acute Spinal Trauma and Effect Evaluation on Internal Fixation of Pedicle

目的研究分析急性脊柱创伤的临床诊断及切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗的效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月我院收治的急性脊柱创伤患者64例,收集所有患者的临床资料,回顾性分析急性脊柱创伤的临床诊断及治疗方法,并在术后进行长期随访,了解患者术后康复情况。结果术后6个月对患者临床治疗效果进行复查,结果显示：显效36例,占56.25%;有效23例,占35.94%;无效5例,占7.81%。结论急性脊柱损伤并截瘫早期采用切开减压椎弓根钉内固定方法进行治疗可取得良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis of acute spinal trauma and decompression pedicle screw fixation. Methods Selected 64 cases of acute spinal trauma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015,to collect clinical data for all patients with acute spinal trauma retrospective,analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and long-term follow-up after surgery,understanding postoperative rehabilitation. Results After six months of clinical treatment of patients for review,the results showed： 36 cases markedly, accounting for 56.25%,effective in 23 cases,accounting for 35.94%,and invalid in 5 cases,accounting for 7.81%. Conclusion Acute spinal cord injury and paraplegia early adopts decompression and pedicle screw fixation methods of treatment can achieve good clinical results.
