研究分析鼻内镜下治疗鼻骨并鼻中隔骨折的临床方法和治疗效果

The Methods and Clinical Effect of Endoscopic in Treatment of Nasal and Nasal Septum Fracture

目的对鼻内镜下治疗鼻骨并鼻中隔骨折的临床方法及效果进行分析。方法选取44例鼻骨并鼻中隔骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组患者22例,对照组采取传统手术方法进行治疗,观察组在鼻内镜直视下行鼻骨骨折整复术结合黏膜下鼻中隔复位或矫正术进行治疗,观察两组患者是手术方法及临床效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为100%,对照组的治疗有效率为81.82%,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下行鼻骨骨折整形术加黏膜下鼻中隔矫正术可准确复位,同时手术视野清晰对鼻腔内的创伤小。

Objective To analyze the clinical methods and effects of endoscopic in treatment of nasal and nasal septum fracture. Methods 44 patients with nasal and nasal septum fracture patients as the research object,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,22 in each group. The control group used the traditional operation method of treatment,the observation group in nasal endoscopy downward nasal bone fracture repair combined with mucosal septum reset or corrective surgery for treatment. Observed the effect of the two groups. Results In the observation group of patients with the effective rate of treatment was 100%. In the control group,the effective rate was 81.82%. Two groups of data＇difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic nasal bone fracture plastic surgery plus submucous nasal septum correction surgery can be accurately reset,at the same time,the surgical field of vision is clear,and the nasal cavity of the wound is small.
