摘要
膏方是指经过特殊工艺加工后形成的一种膏状的方剂,也被称为膏滋和煎膏,属于一种年代久远的方剂,这种方剂不能随意开配,医生要根据每位患者的具体病症,以君臣佐使为首要原则,配伍单味或者多味药物,然后开出针对性的处方,意思就是每位患者所得到的处方不同。根据开具的处方抓药,将所有药物进行多次煎熬,虑出汤汁,将药汁加热后进行浓缩处理,最后将辅料加入其中,最终制成的一种半固体或者半流质制剂,这种制剂属于锭、露、丹、散、中丸、膏、酒、汤八种传统中药剂型中的一种。本文主要分析中医膏方的发展及应用。
Paste was after special craft processing refers to the form of a cream formula,also known as zi and fried cream,belongs to a kind of old formula. This formula cannot be used at random,the doctor should according to each patient＇s specific condition for the first principle, compatibility of single or many kinds of drugs,and then prescribing a targeted,which means that each patient received different prescription. According to prescribe the file,all drugs,many times about the broth, juice concentrate processing after heating medicine,finally put some accessories to join it eventually made a half solid or semi-liquid products,this belongs to the spindle,dew,Dan,powder,pill,cream, wine,soup which is one of the eight kinds of traditional Chinese medicine formulations. This paper mainly analyzes the development and application of paste in TCM.
