参麦注射液防治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗引起不良反应的探讨

Adverse Reactions Induced by Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer by Shenmai Injection

目的分析参麦注射液降低晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗引起不良反应的效果。方法选择我院收治的70例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为观察对象（2012年6月~2015年3月）,随机分成对照组与实验组,分别采用化疗及化疗＋参麦注射液治疗,观察两组疗效。结果两组近期疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组不良反应发生率及生活质量评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参麦注射液降低晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗易引起的不良反应,能提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of Shen Mai Injection in reducing the adverse reactions induced by chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Chose our hospital 70 cases of advanced non small cell lung cancer patients as the observation object（June 2012 to March 2015）,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,respectively,using chemotherapy and chemotherapy ＋ Shenmai injection for treatment,then observed the curative effect of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups（P〉0.05）. There were significant differences in the incidence of adverse reaction rates and quality of life（P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion Shenmai injection can reduce the adverse reactions induced by chemotherapy in patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
