肥胖及2型糖尿病患者中血浆颗粒蛋白前体的表达

Expression on Particle Precursor Protein in Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的讨论肥胖及2型糖尿病患者血浆颗粒蛋白前体（PGRN）的表达,为患者的临床治疗、诊断提供参考与指导。方法选择我院于2012年1月~2013年12月收治的肥胖及2型糖尿病患者分为两组,观察两组对象的临床指标。结果经过临床统计,观察组患者的血浆颗粒蛋白前体水平高于对照组,两组对象比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论肥胖因素导致身体指标出现变化,根据肥胖及2型糖尿病患者的血浆颗粒蛋白前体水平,选择合理的控制方案,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the obesity and type 2 diabetes patients with progranulin（PGRN） expression,provide a reference for clinical treatment and diagnosis. Methods The obesity and type 2 diabetes patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were divided into two groups,and the clinical indexes of the two groups were observed. Results After clinical statistic,observation group of patients with plasma particles precursor protein levels was higher than that of control group,two groups of objects to compare difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Obesity causes physical index changed, according to obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients plasma particles precursor protein level,choosing reasonable control scheme can improve the quality of life of the patients.
