不同孕周产前超声筛查胎儿畸形的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Prenatal Ultrasound Screening for Fetal Malformation in Different Gestational Weeks

目的探讨不同孕周产前超声检查对于胎儿畸形筛查的临床价值。方法随机选取本院2013年10月~2015年3月行孕期检查的孕妇共530例,分别对其进行孕早期、中期和晚期超声检查,并对胎儿畸形的检出结果进行观察记录。结果本次研究中,530例胎儿通过孕期检查共计发现18例胎儿畸形,其中孕早期检出4例,孕中期检出11例,孕晚期检出3例。结论不同孕周的超声检查对于诊断胎儿畸形具有重要价值,孕早期、中期、晚期超声筛查不可割裂,建议孕妇分别于不同时期接受超声筛查,以及早发现胎儿畸形。

Objective To study the clinical value about gestational age of prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal malformation. Methods 350 cases of pregnant women checked in our hospital from October 2013 to March 2015 were randomly selected. They were given early,middle and late pregnancy ultrasound examination,the detection results fetal of malformation were observed and recorded. Results In this study,through ultrasound examination,18 cases of fetal malformation were found,which in early pregnancy were 4 cases,in middle pregnancy 11 cases,and in late pregnancy 3 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound examination of different gestational weeks is of great value in diagnosing fetal malformation. The ultrasound examinations in early,middle and late pregnancy periods can not be separated. Pregnant women should receive ultrasound examination in different periods,so as to detect fetal malformation early。
