摘要
目的探讨高频超声在四肢神经卡压病变诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2012年6月~2015年5月神经内科与骨科共同确诊的64例四肢神经病变患者临床资料,采用高频超声进行检测。分析四肢神经病变高频超声声像图,并与临床外科手术结果进行对证。结果对骨神经进行术前超声检查,与手术结果对照,病变处神经的典型超声表现为回声均匀减低或偏心性减低。结论高频超声可作为四肢神经卡压病变的影像学诊断依据,并在治疗和动态观察方面具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of limb nerve entrapment. Methods High frequency ultrasound examination was performed in 26 normal subjects（control group） and 64 patients with limb nerve disease（case group）. Results Bone nerve was performed before operation and compared with the results of operation. The typical sonographic features of the lesions were decreased or decreased by the echo of the echo. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can be used as a basis for imaging diagnosis of the disease of nerve and nerve in the extremities,and is of great value in the treatment and dynamic observation.
