摘要
目的对乳腺肿块的超声影像学与病理学对照分析。方法对132例乳腺肿块患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对比分析得出的超声诊断与病理结果。结果乳腺囊性病变、乳腺脂肪瘤、乳腺癌的确诊率为100%,乳腺良性增生性病变、乳腺腺病伴纤维腺瘤、纤维腺瘤的确诊率分别为97.4%、92.7%、95.2%。结论超声影像学对乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断有较高的确诊率,可为临床提供依据。
Objective Comparative analysis of breast lumps for ultrasound imaging and pathology. Methods 132 patients with breast lumps for color Doppler ultrasound examination and pathology,compared with the histologic findings drawn. Results Breast cystic lesions,breast lipoma,breast cancer diagnosis rate of 100%. Benign breast disease,breast adenosis with fibroadenoma,fibroadenoma diagnosis rate was 97.4%,92.7%,95.2% respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound imaging for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast have a higher rate of diagnosis,can provide the basis for clinical practice.
