摘要
肋骨与肺在解剖位置联系紧密,当骨折发生时常常合并肺损伤,如果有开放性的伤口需要马上封闭创口,根据各项临床进行闭式引流,预防发生感染和各种并发症最为关键,因此在整个治疗过程中必须做好护理干预,才能预防肺部感染。
Ribs and lung＇s anatomical position in close contact,when the fracture occurs often with lung injury,if there is an open wound for a wound immediately closed,closed drainage conducted in accordance with the clinical,and prevention of infection and complications of the most critical. Therefore,throughout the course of treatment must be done nursing intervention to prevent lung infections.
