分阶段心理护理干预对脑卒中患者康复的影响

Effect of Staged Psychological Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Patients With Stroke

目的研究分阶段心理护理干预对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法将60例脑卒中患者分为两组(各30例),观察组分阶段心理护理干预措施,对照组常规护理措施。结果护理后观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论分阶段心理护理干预措施可改善患者心理障碍,促使患者早日康复。

Objective To study the stages of psychological nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods 60 patients with stroke were divided into two groups（30 cases）,the observation group used stages of psychological care interventions,the control group used routine care measures. Results After treatment observation group＇SAS score,SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The stages of psychological care interventions can significantly improve mental disorders,to promote early recovery of patients.
