下肢骨折DVT形成的预防性护理方法分析

Analysis of Preventive Nursing Methods About the Formation of Fracture of Lower Limb DVT

目的探讨下肢骨折深静脉血栓形成的预防性护理干预。方法将我院74例下肢骨折患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以预防性护理干预。结果观察组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、便秘、术后输血以及术后早期功能训练情况均要优于对照组。结论下肢骨折患者实施预防性护理干预能够降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率。

Objective To investigate preventive nursing intervention for the fractures of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis. Methods 74 patients with lower limb fracture patients were divided into control group and observation group,control group with routine nursing intervention, observation group with preventive nursing intervention. Results The observation group of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis incidence,constipation,postoperative blood transfusion and postoperative early functional training were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Patients with fracture of lower limb implement preventive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.
