摘要
目的分析腔镜下子宫肌瘤全切除患者的最佳护理方式。方法选取80例子宫肌瘤全切除患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为子宫肌瘤全切除观察组和子宫肌瘤全切除对照组两组,40例/组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施综合性护理。结果观察组采用综合性护理的术后排气时间、住院天数、术后出血、并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组护理期间各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对腔镜下子宫肌瘤全切除患者疗效确切。
Objective To study the best nursing mode under endoscopic resection for patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods 80 cases of patients with total resection of uterine fibroids as the research objects, who were divided into two groups randomly,the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group with usual care,and the observation group with comprehensive nursing care. Results The postoperative exhaust time,hospital stay,postoperative bleeding and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of endoscopic resection in patients with uterine fibroids curative is effective.
