上海市嘉定区老年护理服务现状调查及对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Current Situation of the Aged Care Service in Jiading District of Shanghai

目的了解嘉定区老年人群医疗护理服务需求的现状,促进社区老年卫生服务的发展并为其提供决策依据。方法采用标准化调查表对嘉定区老年护理医院进行调查,调查表内容包括机构一般情况、机构所在辖区的基本情况、建筑和床位基本情况、业务工作开展情况、机构卫生人员情况、2012年全年老年护理服务基本情况和老年护理服务相关人员值班情况等。结果把积极开展社区老年护理,发展老年护理院,维持老年人社会、身心健康,改善老年人生活质量,作为社区卫生服务工作重点。结论老年人口是社区卫生服务的重点人群,社区卫生服务应针对目前老年人的需求和经济状况,开展老年人需要的并且能接受的社区医疗卫生服务。

Objective By finding the situation of medical nursing for the elderly and the demand of health services,provided measures of developing health service of the elderly in community. Methods We used standardized questionnaires to invest Jiading District geriatric nursing hospital. The questionnaire including fundamental condition of the hospital and the area it sitted in,construction and bed,business work,the nurses,elderly care service condition in 2012 and the basic situation of care persons on duty. Results Develop nursing homes for the elderly,promote community nursing for the elderly,maintain physical and mental health of the elderly and improve the quality of life of the elderly,as the key points of community health service. Conclusion The elderly are the key objects of community health services. Community health services which meet the need of the elders should be conducted according to the demand and financial level of the elderly.
