探析妇产科腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术的临床护理效果

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery and Traditional Open Operation in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的比较妇产科中腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术的护理效果。方法随机选择本院50例妇产科手术患者,行腹腔镜手术患者25例为观察组,传统开腹手术患者25例为对照组,进行护理效果比较。结果在术中出血量、术后恢复时间、住院时间,以及术后并发症的发生率,观察组数据均低于对照组(P<0.05),患者对于护理的评价,观察组也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术对于传统开腹手术具有更多优势,利于护理工作的进行,患者康复快,提高护理效率与质量。

Objective To compare laparoscopic surgery and traditional open operation nursing in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Randomly selected 50 patients with gynecological surgery,in 25 patients with laparoscopic surgery as the observation group,25 patients with traditional laparotomy for control group,then nursing effect was compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time, hospital stay and the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）. The evaluation of patients for nursing care situation in observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has more advantages than the traditional laparotomy for nursing,patients recover quickly,improve the efficiency and quality care.
