评估模块式护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者疼痛及康复的效果

Evaluation on the Effect of Modular Nursing on Postoperative Pain and Rehabilitation of Patients With Breast Cancer After Radical Mastectomy

目的评估模块式护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者疼痛及康复的效果。方法选取我院2014年5月~2015年5月收治的30例接受乳腺癌根治术治疗后的患者作为观察对象,分为对照组（15例）与观察组（15例）。对照组常规护理,观察组模块式护理。观察记录两组患者SAS、SDS、QOL评分以及术后不良反应,并进行比较。结果通过护理干预,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均有所下降,观察组变化优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者QOL评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论模块式护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者疼痛及康复的效果良好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of modular nursing on postoperative pain and rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy. Methods 30 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the observation object,and were divided into the control group（15 cases）and observation group（15 cases）. The control group used conventional nursing, while the observation group used the modular approach. SAS,QOL,SDS score and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared with the statistical results of two groups of patients. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the effect was significantly improved after operation. The QOL score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group of incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of module nursing on postoperative pain and rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy is significant.
