有效沟通在自然分娩护理中的应用效果观察

Application Observation of Effective Communication in the Care of Natural Childbirth

目的探讨有效沟通在自然分娩护理中的应用方法以及成效。方法选择150例产妇作为观察对象,随机将其分为研究组和对照组各75例。对照组采用一般护理措施;研究组在此基础上采取有效沟通。对比两组产妇的焦虑评分、恐惧评分以及护理满意度。结果研究组75例产妇应用SCL-90自评量表得到的焦虑评分和恐惧评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇的护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过加强护士、助产士、医生等人与产妇之间的沟通,能够改善产妇身心状态、促进分娩的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the application methods and results of effective communication in the natural childbirth care. Methods Chose 150 cases of maternal as research objects,they were divided into research group and the control group（n=75）randomly. Control group with general nursing measures. Research group was on this basis to take effective communication. Comparison of maternal anxiety scores, fear scores and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results 75 cases of maternal team used SCL-90 self rating scale for anxiety scores and fear scores significantly were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The team of maternal care satisfaction was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By strengthening the communication of nurses,midwives, doctors and maternal,it can improve maternal physical and psychological conditions,and promote the childbirth smoothly.
