解读西北回族汤瓶文化

On the explanation of Tangping culture of Hui nationality in Northwestern China

本文从西北回日常洗涤用具———汤瓶的概念及口碑来历入手 ,解读了汤瓶文化的内涵 ,即它是伊斯兰教法的产物 ,又是一种文化符号 ,它蕴涵了回族的美学观念、洁净观念 ,道德观念 ,以及汤瓶的其它功用 。

Starting from northwestern Hui nationality's daily washing instrument-Tangping's concept and public praise's origin,this paper explains the connotation of Tang Ping culture,namely,it is both the product of the Islam's law and a kind of cultural symbol.It also implys Hui's aesthetics concepts,cleaning concepts and moral concepts.At the same time,this article anayses the Tangping's influence upon life culture of Hui and it's other function.
