摘要
目的通过人文关怀护理在手术室护理中的应用,探讨人文护理能否提高患者的满意度。方法选择各类手术患者160例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。给予试验组患者人文关怀护理干预;对照组给予常规护理。两组均采用问卷方式获取患者满意度。结果观察组满意度为98%,对照组满意度为75%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过人文护理对手术患者的干预,提高患者的满意度,且有利于术后恢复。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in nursing in operation room,and to explore whether humanistic nursing can improve patients' satisfaction. Methods 160 patients with different types of surgical patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group. Nursing intervention of human care in the experimental group was given,and the control group received routine nursing care. In the two groups,effect were obtained by questionnaire method. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98%. Control group satisfaction was 75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Through the humanistic nursing care for patients with surgical intervention,greatly improve patients' satisfaction,and is conducive to postoperative recovery.
