摘要
以中药渣、鸡粪为原材料,采用长槽式发酵,研究接种微生物复合菌剂和未接种菌剂的堆肥过程中腐殖酸的变化。研究结果表明:总腐殖酸含量、游离腐殖酸含量、水溶性腐殖酸含量和胡敏酸含量均呈先下降后上升的趋势,而富里酸含量呈先升后降趋势。堆肥结束(45d)时接种菌剂的总腐殖酸、游离腐殖酸含量、水溶性腐殖酸含量、富里酸含量和胡敏酸含量均比未接种菌剂的高,分别高2.9%、6.5%、0.17%、0.42%和0.2%。接种微生物复合菌剂堆肥的腐殖酸含量优于未接种菌剂堆肥。
The trough fermenting Chinese herbal medicine and chicken manure as raw material,the studies on changes of humic acid with inoculated and un-inoculated during composting were conducted.The results showed that the content of total humic acid,free humic acid,water soluble humic acid,humic acid firstly decreased and then increassed,in contrast,the fulvic acid content firstly increased and then decreased.At the end of compost,contents of total humic acid,free humic acid,water soluble humic acid,fulvic acid and humic acid in inoculated complex microbial communities were all higher than uninoculated treatment by 2.9%,6.5%,0.17%,0.42% and 0.2%,respectively.Humic acid content in inoculated complex microbial community compost was higher than uninoculated compost.
