摘要
2014年延边地区分离的56株放线菌对黄瓜枯萎病菌都具有抑制作用,抑制率达40%以上。对有代表性的43株菌株进行了16SrDNA序列比对分析,结果表明:43个菌株分属4个属,70%菌株是Streptomyces属(链霉菌属),其它菌株分属Actinocorallia属(珊瑚放线菌属)、Achromobacter属(无色杆菌属)和Bosea属(包西氏属)。并第1次提出了放线菌菌种的简易保存方法,为今后放线菌研究工作提供了方便。
All 56 actinomycete strains isolated from different soil samples in Yanbian area had inhibitory effects on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum Owne,and their inhibition ratio was higher 40%.The16 SrDNA sequencing results of the representative 43 strains demonstrated that the 43 strains were classified into 4genera.Among these,the number of strains belonging to the genus Streptomyces accounted for70%,and the remained strains were categorized into Actinocorallia,Achromobacter and Bosea.One simple preservation method of actinomycete strains was proposed at the first time here,providing convenience for future research on actinomycetes.
