摘要 对国产和进口J55 HFW油管在长庆洛河水介质条件下进行了SRB腐蚀试验、高温高压腐蚀试验及沟槽腐蚀试验研究。在SRB腐蚀环境中,国产J55 HFW油管和进口J55 HFW油管的腐蚀速率为0.042 mm/a和0.043 mm/a;高温高压、二氧化碳条件下,国产J55 HFW油管和进口J55 HFW油管的腐蚀速率分别为0.098 mm/a和0.094 mm/a;在洛河水腐蚀介质条件下,国产J55 HFW油管和进口J55 HFW油管的沟槽腐蚀敏感系数为1.15和1.13。结果表明,在洛河水腐蚀介质环境中国产J55 HFW油管和进口J55 HFW油管耐蚀性相当。 In this article, the SRB test, high temperature and high pressure corrosion test and groove corrosion test for domestic and imported J55 HFW oil pipe were carried out and studied, under condition of changqing luohe water medium. In the SRB corrosion environment, the corrosion rate of domestic and imported J55 HFW oil pipe respectively is 0.042 mm/a and 0.043 mm/a. Under the condition of high temperature, high pressure and carbon dioxide, the corrosion rate of domestic and imported J55 HFW oil pipe respectively is 0.098 mnda and 0.094 mm/a. Under the condition of ]uohe water corrosive medium, the groove corrosion sensitive coefficient of domestic and imported J55 HFW oil pipe respectively is 1.15 and 1.13. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of domestic J55 oil pipe is consistent with that of imported J55 HFW oil pipe under luohe water corrosive medium environment.
