摘要
为了研究用于海洋石油平台S420高强度钢的焊接工艺,采用SAW和FCAW-G工艺对国产S420高强度钢EH420进行了焊接试验、力学性能测试及CTOD试验测试。试验结果表明,焊接接头的各项性能均满足相关标准的要求,且具有较好的断裂韧性即抗裂性能,满足南海深水油气开发设计需求,在深水油气开发中可取代S355钢材,可有效降低海洋结构物总体质量、施工难度和开发成本。
In this article, in order to research the welding process of S420 high strength steel used for ocean platform, the welding tests , mechanical performance tests and CTOD test for S420 high strength steel were carried out by adopting SAW and FCAW-G welding process. Test results showed the performance of welded joints all meet the requirements of the related standard and possesses good crack resistance ,which also meet the design requirements of oil and gas development in the South Sea, it can replace S355 steel in deep-water oil and gas development. This research effectively reduces the overall quality of marine structure, construction difficulty and the cost of development.
