摘要
以浮力称量法对低于0.65 g/cm^3工作密度计进行溯源性测量。使用带有垂挂称量功能的分析天平,通过称量吊挂密度计浸没在液体中的平衡质量得到密度计所受浮力,求得该测量点处的密度计修正值。实际操作中,需要考虑天平漂移、液体表面张力、垂挂倾斜等主要因素所带来的测量不确定度影响。
According to the buoyancy weighing method, measuring hydrometers below 0.65 g/cm^3 were traced to the source of quality. Using the analytical balance equipped with dangling weighing system, by weighing the balance quality of the hydrometer which was immersed in liquid, the buoyancy of hydrometer was measured and the corrected density value of the measuring point was obtained. In practical operation, the main influencing factors for measurement uncertainty including balance drift, liquid surface tension and vertical tilt should be considered.
